We have substantial experience providing NRNs advice regarding asset management, asset transfer and purchase (including shares and companies), succession, taxation and citizenship in Nepal. We understand the legislative position of NRNs, its dynamic nature, and the motivations and challenges faced by NRNs intending to manage their affairs in Nepal. We have also served as a think tank to the Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRNA) with regards to citizenship provisions.
